MS, CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist
“Ms. Nelda” was born and raised in the Virgin Islands. Upon completion of her graduate degree at East Tennessee State University with a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, she decided to work with the population closest to her heart, children! Shortly after graduation, Ms. Nelda determined to move back to the Virgin Islands to give back to the community that gave to her. She has experience working with children of all ages in the school, private, and home settings and believes that children should have fun learning how they know best, through play! From creating new and simple games to honing in on children’s interests, she’ll do what it takes to continue building the communication skills of her clients! Ms. Nelda works with children in our St. Thomas clinic.
In her spare time, Ms. Nelda enjoys planning church events & activities for children, teaching classes at a local Pathfinder Club, and spending time with her family and at the beach, of course!
