MS, OTR/L, Occupational Therapist
Dana earned her Master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center before moving to Texas. There she spent five years working at a children's hospital in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Dana brings her knowledge and passion for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, sensory disorders, behavior challenges, and complex medical conditions to St. Croix. She incorporates reflex integration, visual motor training, emotional and sensory regulation (and much more) within the context of play to achieve goals during therapy sessions. She shines in building deep connections with her patients and using their unique skills and interests to grow their abilities. In her free time she enjoys arts and crafts such as crochet and pencil drawing, spending time on the beach, and caring for her pets.
