Just like the children we serve, our team is constantly learning, improving, and growing. We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic therapists and support staff to join us in our mission to empower children to reach their potential. 
 

Our team nearly tripled from 2017 to 2022, and we expect that we will continue to grow. While we do occasionally have opportunities for temporary contractors, our goal is to recruit team members who love every quirky bit of island life and want to stay here forever! 

We are continually developing our student internship programs as we LOVE what we do and want to provide opportunities for youth to learn about what a rewarding career path this is!
