Michelle Huff

Speech-Language Therapy Program Assistant

Originally from Alabama, Michelle has called St. Croix home since 2015, blending her teaching background with a passion for helping others communicate effectively.   She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science in Elementary Education in 2010 from the University of South Alabama.  Shortly after gaining tenure in the Alabama public school system, she moved to the beautiful island of St. Croix with her husband and three children.  She began teaching immediately and quickly fell in love with the island’s culture through her students.  With experience in a school setting, she is skilled at implementing individualized education plans and supporting children to reach their goals.  She has received specialized training in speech therapy techniques, and continues her education at Longwood University seeking a degree as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.  She joins the amazing team of dedicated professionals at JS Therapies and is committed to providing individualized care and fostering a supportive environment to empower clients on their speech therapy journey.
