Rachel joined the JS Therapies team from the mountains of northern New Hampshire. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of New Hampshire and is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. She worked for several years in the public schools of Maine with children ages Kindergarten to 12th grade.

Rachel is excellent at building connections with children and their families and is continually expanding her expertise in play-based therapy and AAC strategies. In her free time she likes to cook, read, be at the beach, and sing.

Rachel is happy to be a part of the St. Croix island community; she enjoys exploring the island and spending time near the ocean.
